Minaki Marina As of January 1st, 2004, the Privacy Act, and “PIPEDA” the Personal Information Protection and Electronics Document Act came into existence. PIPEDA sets out ground rules for how we may collect, use, or disclose personal information in the course of our commercial business activity. Your privacy is respected when dealing with Minaki Marina. Any information that we receive from you will be used only for its intended purpose of completing your transaction.
