Directions To Minaki from International Falls:
Cross the Border to Fort Frances and turn left on Highway 11. Take Highway). Turn left (west) onto Highway 17 Highway 11 to Highway 71 North. Take 71 until it ends at Highway 17 (Trans Canada for a few miles, then take 17A (Kenora by-pass). Go west on 17 A until the Minaki exit, Highway 596 North (turn right). This paved highway will bring you right into Minaki.
Directions To Minaki from Winnipeg:
Take the Trans Canada Highway #1 east. Stay on Highway 1 and cross the Ontario border where the highway becomes #17, follow this until you come to 17A (bypass to Thunder Bay). Take 17A for approximately 8 kilometers and turn left (North) onto Hwy 596 which brings you right into Minaki.
Direction to Minaki Marina and Motel:
When you drive into the town of Minaki on Highway 596, stay on the main road. You will see the train station on the left (Do not cross the railroad tracks). Pass the train station and turn right at the Marina sign, go down the hill and you have arrived at Minaki Marina!
